FUERA ZARA DE COLOMBIA!!
Ustedes son un fraude!! Ladrones, se aprovechan ahora en esta cuarentena. Son lo peor. Es la peor experiencia de compra que he realizado. Hice órdenes por más de un millón de pesos, debitaron mi dinero de la targeta de crédito, enviaron mensaje de compra exitosa, y sin más a los días aparece cancelada la compra. Envío millones de mensajes y nunca me responden y a parte no devuelven el dinero, los voy a exponer públicamente, y a la superintendencia!! Descarados!!!
Proceso de compra deficiente!
El servicio es pésimo!!! Se compra por la web , llega un correo donde informan el número de pedido y que todo está “bien” , al día siguiente llega un correo diciendo que el pedido se canceló sin razón alguna. Nadie dice nada , no responden por el dinero!
Mediocre
Para comprar funciona perfecto, pero para servicio al cliente y procesos de reclamación no sirve.
