It does this while you follow the carefully selected guided workouts of various types and difficulty levels. This technology helps you focus on the muscles you are exercising, while simultaneously allowing you to see yourself in the camera to hone your form. You can track your weight in the app, which automatically timestamps each entry, to see your progress over time. Helping you improve your fitness from all sides, AI Workout Mirror provides healthy recipes that you can follow on your fitness journey.
