No es cierto la política de devolución de dinero
En la aplicación ponen que tienen 7 días hábiles para hacer devolución de dinero y es mentira
Llevo casi un mes que me devuelvan un dinero que me rebajaron y que no se hizo el pedido y uno llama al call center y dicen q tardan hasta un mes entonces es mentira lo que indica la aplicación de los 7 días

Los usuarios los toman como un chiste
Como si su sueldo no viniera de los clientes, soporte no te toma enserio y en vez de hacer una devolución completa te dicen que van a dar cierta cantidad de dinero y luego solo añaden un cupón por una cantidad menor y cierran el ticket de soporte. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
Funciona bien hasta que hay un inconveniente, luego no hay nada que hacer. No pierdan su dinero con DiDi.
