Track:
• Enrol in FedEx Delivery Manager to take control of your deliveries with FedEx*
• Hold a package at a nearby FedEx location or do a holiday hold for all of your packages *
• Leave delivery instructions for your driver *
• Sign for packages from your phone*
• Enable Push Notifications to get a doorbell chime with delivered notifications *
• Take the next step and enrol in Shop & Track to track the status of online orders (even if it’s not a FedEx package!). You can even search by Tracking number, order numbers, merchants and more *

Tifani Colton and Hope Iverson I hope you solve this, please. It is the worst experience that I have ever had. FedEx does not protect its customers, I have been waiting for more than 22 days for FedEx to investigate the theft of my cell phone, since January 17 out tracking number is 288744428381, we paid certified mail with a required signature, they delivered the package empty and neither did anyone from my family or friends sign the delivery . Even so, fedex has closed all the claims that we have opened. more than 4 claims we have had to open. They don't want to take responsibility for their employees stealing my cell phone. I feel disappointed, a little depressed, to see how they make fun of us.
