Missing flight because a Delta member.
A Delta member took us out of the check in line insisting we had to do the process at the automatic booths. We told her we where fine and she insists two times, saying she will help us. So we follow her. These ones where not reading correctly the different credit cards for the payment of the luggages and even when she tried, it didn't worked. She sent us back to another Delta counter because the previous one was full of people, apologizing for it, and she sent us to another big line loosing an additional long half hour. We came early because we know TSA might be crowdy but even though the waiting list in both sizes where considerable. We went directly to the gate and unfortunately they just close it by few minutes.
We were no late when we came, and now, when we tried to book another flight with Delta to catchup our trip, you made us pay more than USD 300 dollars per person. That's the amount this Delta member is costing us, plus the hotel night in Miami, and putting in jeopardy our Cruise trip.
The rest of Delta's employees have been amazing but haven't been able to solve our problem. Now the new flight we reserve is late and this is really affecting us. We really wanted to travel Delta frequent passengers, but this is really affecting us.
Checked bags with delta credit card
If you are paying with delta sky miles credit card, the first Checked baggage it’s free but is charging me everything. So I have to put cero baggage and pay it in the airport.
