For several months I can’t acces to the app because it says that no earphones is connected. However, I can listen to music throughout the earphones FN4.
Unusable
I bought an FN4 a few months ago and they have never been good but at least they used to work at times, but since last night the charging case doesn’t charge, when I connect it to the charger the LED just illuminates with a pulsating red light and it just doesn’t charge and the earbuds are running the latest update. I’ve never been so disappointed with a product not even when buying non-famous brands.

El audífono derecho no se conecta a pesar de el software estar usando la última versión y múltiples intentos desconectando los audífonos reiniciando el bluetooth e inclusive el teléfono. Una pérdida de tiempo por escuchar un par de canciones pésimo producto!
