Me ayuda con mi negocio de forma eficiente
Friendly and useful tool
This is an opinion from someone that has a perspective of the hotel side of the industry and now as an owner of single vacation rental. The system is always sending daily reports of every action which I considere very convenient when you are starting to manage and host a place. Everything in the visual aspect is very modern and easy to understand with colors and also notifications to your email so is very consistent when it comes to develop an operation as professional as any hotel chain in the world with the chance to do it all in your phone anytime of the day.

Tenemos casi 3 meses con nuestro proyecto bloqueado, cada semana llamamos y no hay avance.
Servicio al cliente solo menciona que enviará un correo a financiero “marcado como urgente” pero no resuelven.
Para pagar facturas hay que activar por teléfono el botón de pagar , todos los procesos en la extranet son controlados por ellos. Y esto es tedioso.
Sin olvidar que llamas a servicio al cliente y debes esperar a que devuelvan la llamada, como protocolo de seguridad y nunca recibes la llamada .
Y lo peor, para Costa Rica no puedes recibir pagos. Para casas vacacionales es un problema para recibir el dinero de los huéspedes, principalmente extranjeros.
No lo recomiendo!!!
