Good looking, somewhat difficult to understand at the beginning and no push notifications

GingerLabs Team, great work, really appreciate getting an email alternative from you.

However, I cannot give you 5-star as there is some things that you should be adding/fixing in order to be a competitor to other similar applications, with no priority intended, my things are:
1. There definitively needs to be push notifications.
2. Taking notes about an email is not intuitive at all, the same happens with the Tables and Commenting.
3. FAQ and How-To use guides should include images in order to have a more clear idea of what are guys mentioning, example if you look for how to add notes in the FAQ they mention a top-right hand side, is this an icon a swipe something else ?
4. Allow people to permanently show the other folders on there Inbox( All, Sent, Draft, Trash...).
5. Allow to show/hide the Recents on the sidebar.
6. Make Settings easier to find.

To fix some of the previous issues I recommend you to:
a. Add an intro quick overview about the features and how to use them the first time you open/install the app and enable a feature on the settings menu to relaunch the welcoming/intro once you already set everything up and you want to revisited.
b. Add pictures to the How-To(Getting Started).
c. Add push notifications
