- Touch the “Start Workout” button
- Start moving your way to guilt free rewards!
- Work4It® accurately equates your movement into the number of rewards you earn
- Get continuous updates of your earned rewards every time you check your progress
- When you’re finished touch the “Stop Workout” button and see how many rewards you earned
You can have your pizza/beer/wine/chocolate...and you can eat/drink it too...but you gotta Work4It®

This app integrates with the HealthKit API to access and write information which enables Work4It to provide a more accurate and personal experience.
