Description
The clixifix® Technicians App will allow Customers to be in constant communication with the Technician - this means receiving advanced notice of indicative arrival times, text and push notifications, live ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of the Technician, feedback links via SMS, and an easy to complete feedback form.
Customer Satisfaction can be easily captured and delivered in a reporting format within your clixifix® Customer Care, simplified software platform, enabling you to monitor NPS satisfaction scores.

- Fixing the reported bug about the visible white space when the banner was still showing. This only happens on slow Internet connection.
- Fixing the JobItem (Ticket) Number against the Spanner icon, as previously they were showing twice.
