The best feature about buying from ali express is the fact that you can see actual pictures for the item that you are interested in from previous buyers.
The isn’t just a general seller review for all the items, but you can find a specific review - even from your country!
Just a tip: While using the app always notice the order amount and total review score before purchasing anything!
Rating and some observations
I love AliExpress very much, but the only downside is that the customer support it’s almost nonexistent. Except the contact with the sellers, we practically have no contact directly with AliExpress if there’s an issue with a seller. A seller never shipped my item, so I went to message them, but the shop was just gone. I was being refunded , after it was accepted , it just stayed pending and not completed. I tried to contact AliExpress via e-mail. I couldn’t find any, so I send a message to the live chat, hopping for some answers, there were just automatic responses, instead of what I expected to be a customer support center. To this day is still processing and I have no idea if I was refunded. I will contact my bank, but if not how should I proceed from there?
Anyway, except this issue, everything else goes quite smoothly and I really enjoy using it!
Cheep but a lot of stores do not sent the merchandise
Do not recommend because it’s not a reliable store Only a few of the stores sent what you purchase This is my second review: it’s much better than it used to be. The new shipping safety they put in place is very useful!!! Third review: much better but some of the stores do not have shipping choices. Therefore, some of the shipping is very expensive. I believe if the sellers find some other cheaper way of shipping it would be great. Fourth review: still very expensive shipping. I hope they fix this soon
Fifth review: still the shipping is very very expensive and sometimes I don’t get the stuff I ordered…
