Need a countdown!
The app is great. Maximum usability and user friendliness - the only thing is, it would be massively helpful to add a timer or countdown to ‘Bag’. Since items in your bag are reserved for an hour, it would be nice to have a visual representation of how long you have left before the item goes back to your ‘Saved’. Since a lot of times it’s a ‘Last One Left’ item, it’d be nice to know how long I have to make a decision.
Received Wrong Sizes
I believe this is the 4th time this year I received most of the items in all the wring sizes. I used to love ASOS and always trusted it for any type of last minute shopping. However, this might be the last time I’m ordering.
When I tried to resolve the issues through live chat the assistant kept saying “No worries”, instead of answering my questions… weird..
I explained the situation thoroughly and how my NYE outfits came in time but 2-3 sizes bigger and that I had nothing to wear now… again he said “No worries”.. i asked how they could redeem the situation and guess what…. Again “No worries, just return the items”
Thank you Asos, you were good to me through to the end of 2022!
Item was not ok
I have send to a live chat to solve the issue. Really the top was not ok. And Mrs. Mohd Akram Ali has given me a refund immediately was to the point polite and have made me and my OCD to come down! I am very specific with things and I want things in order. So she found a win-win solution immediately& instantly in a polite way. I really appreciate this kind of people so thank you very much.
