THE BEST ONLINE SHOPPING APP!
By far the best shopping application! So happy and excited with BestSecret! Amazing prices and a lot of choices! The only thing I could say needs to be improved is shipping to Cyprus (my country) as it takes about 3 weeks! But the last two times I ordered something it was delivered too fast, about a week! So maybe it changed! Anyway, keep up the good work! 🙏🏻
BAD EXPERIENCE
I placed an order for 4 items in January. The package arrived after 3 weeks and it was only the 3 items. The two items were poorly wrapped in a plastic bag and the other was very carefully wrapped and also had the cover pouch but it was wrong item. I send an email asking about a refund because they didn’t inform me that the bag that i ordered is out of stock and they just send me a different one! I contacted them and they wanted to make an exchange instead of refund but i didn’t want different item so this was not a choice. After too many emails they accepted the refund option but they send me 10 euros less than the amount of the bag. This was my first and last order. I am very disappointed, they should at least give me a voucher instead of sending me less money, and they didn’t seem to be sorry about their mistake. They should also inform me that the bag was out of stock so I could either choose something else or just do the refund in the first place instead of having to come and go at the post office. This was very inconvenient for me and caused me to waste time and money.
Problem fixed !
The store indeed has good offers. But the app is awful! Its been 2 days now, i cant log in into my account, it signs me out, and the app is asking me for update but theres no update in app store. Finally that issue fixed. Also my order arrived within two weeks. Satisfied!
