Been for a while the app always says check your internet connection. No matter if you are on a WiFi or 4g every time the same message.
Update: problem solved. Uninstall app, restart phone, install and it will work fine.

I have tried several times to retrieve my wallet on my new device and even though I have entered the 12 words secret phrase it keeps failing to import the wallet. And I can’t find any way to contact your platform
