Completely unusable
Downloaded and wait straight to making an order. Or at least I tried. App said that Burger King delivers till 23:00 but I couldn’t place an order at 15:50? No choice for pre-order either. The menu wouldn’t come up either. It would just keep repeating that they deliver till 23:00... would give 0 stars if I could
FAIL
Big Fail - ordered and it was Loading for more than 15 minutes without knowing if the order has been sent or not and since it does not have an option to pay immediately but only Cash and Card ON DELICERY! Trying 15 minutes to speak with call center and no order has been made!
Very Disapoimtong
Very difficult to create a profile. Error messages popping continuously. Back button and exit button very difficult to press. Even the last “place order” step froze to “Loading”. Come on Burger King you can do much better than this !!!!
