Unfair Return Charges Alert!!

Caution: Beware of their return policy guys, they charge 25 EUR PER ITEM (!!!) for returns. Shockingly, they seem unfazed even if it’s their fault for sending a low quality item. This return practice goes against EU consumer law - a serious concern for customer! Never ordering anything else from this shop!
