Changing Lives mobile application is designed to deliver daily motivational quotes, meditation, fitness videos, breathing exercises and podcasts to help educate and explore methods to assist in a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Changing Lives is unique and is user friendly, so whether you are a beginner or experienced in meditation or fitness, this is for you. It is designed for school age students through to adults. Videos range from 2 minutes through to 10 minutes. This is perfect for a quick mental break during the day or down time before bed to assist in a deep sleep and relaxation.
