Frustrating Experience with Coinbase App
I downloaded the Coinbase app with high hopes of seamlessly buying and trading cryptocurrencies. However, my experience quickly turned sour. After going through the verification process and depositing funds to purchase a crypto coin, I received an email stating that my account was under review by the KYC team, effectively freezing my ability to make any refunds or deposits. Despite reaching out to the help center multiple times, I've been met with nothing but automated responses promising an email from the KYC team. It's been a frustrating ordeal as I've been unable to get any assistance or even a reply to my numerous emails. My money is effectively held hostage, and the lack of communication and resolution from Coinbase is unacceptable. I urge potential users to beware of such issues before entrusting their funds to this platform. The lack of customer support and transparency is concerning, and my experience with Coinbase has been nothing short of disappointing.
Customer support is absent
The app itself is awesome.
But customer support is way below expectations. I am a new customer and wanted to know the static of my Coinbase card. Simple question? But I am waiting for the answer for 3rd day already. “Your request is very important for us” and on the 2nd day support replied to my initial request saying that they received my inquiry but lost its content 😳and requested me to repeat my question. I repeated, but it didn’t help much - still no answer…
