Sign in process is broken

Hello, I was signed in to the costa club iOS app and tried to sign in again recently. The process of verification worked well, I received the code, but then I was asked to add the cell phone number and it was not accepted. I tried again and again and then gave up.
Other options to login to the app didn’t work as well
Fix the app login issue please!!!

Doesn’t let you change the password

This had been a problem for over 2 months yet there are no updates

Existing loyalty members

The app is not working for existing members
