Description
The Authenticator app enhances the security of Cynergy Bank Online Banking to help protect you and your money.
Before you can use the Authenticator app you’ll need to register it – you can do this when you log into Online Banking.
Once registered, you can use the Authenticator app to authenticate your request using Notifications. If you are having trouble using Notifications, you can use the authentication image instead:
Using Notifications
1.Tap the Notification sent to your smartphone to authenticate.
Using the Authentication Image
1. Tap the Authentication Image to authenticate, when using Online Banking and the Authenticator app on the same mobile device
2. Scan the Authentication Image to authenticate, when using Online Banking and the Authenticator app on different devices.

What’s New
Version 1.7
You can now use the Authenticator app to access Online Banking securely using our Notifications service. A Notification is a secure link sent to your registered smartphone device, and when the link is clicked, it will open your Authenticator app automatically.
Remember, you must ensure that the 'Allow Notifications' switch is turned on for the app in your phone settings. If you are having trouble using Notifications, you can use the Authentication Image instead
