DES Energy is a software platform for managing electric vehicle charging stations.
The DES Energy App uses location-based services to allow drivers to easily find, access, and securely pay for EV charging. Drivers can search for and locate electric vehicle charging stations based on location, station ID, availability, power level provided, and accessibility.
Start charge sessions simply by scanning QR codes or entering the desired station ID in the app.
With the DES Energy electric vehicle charging app, you can also:
• Monitor your current charge sessions in real-time
• Get phone notifications as soon as your EV is finished charging
• Make secure payments
• Favourite locations that have easy access to your commonly used EV charging stations
• Receive an email receipt of your EV charging transactions
• View a history of past charging sessions
• Report drivers that abuse charging station use

•3D Secure functionality (3DS) : An authentication method that provides an additional layer of authentication for credit card transactions, protecting against fraudulent actors. 3DS asks cardholder (you) to verify your identity with the card issuer during payment. In most scenarios, the cardholder (you) is directed to a verification page on your bank’s site where you type in a password linked to the card or a code sent to your phone.

•Drivers can choose 'Ask app not to track' on iOS devices: To comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency guidelines for iOS, the Apple Tracking Transparency permission modal is presented to drivers when opening the mobile app for the first time. If a driver chooses “Ask app not to track”, tracking is blocked.
