Designed to be used as a part of the full ExpenSys solution for businesses large and small operating all around the globe, this app allows ExpenSys Users to get on with their day without expenses getting in the way. Mobile features include:
• Lightning quick OCR receipt capture (Powered by Google Machine Learning)
• Key expense details securely and accurately captured
• Intelligent duplicate detection technology eliminates mistakes
• Tapping ‘Start’ and ‘Finish’ allows GPS to quickly pre-populate mileage logs
• Fully international with multiple languages available
• Use OCR to scan emailed receipts and invoices on the mobile
• Saved images and files can be shared with the ExpenSys app
• Mobile approval for when you are out and about
• Auto-capture of VAT details
All captured items can be reconciled online before submission, and further information about each claim item may be added if required to ensure compliance with tax rules, company policy and anti-bribery legislation.
