Through her classes you'll learn to practise yoga with confidence and skill, and to establish sustainable habits so that you can transform your wellbeing and thrive in life, regardless of whether you can or can't touch your toes.

No matter your experience level, life stage, level of mobility or fitness, Felicity‘s app offers a variety of classes to suit what you need on any given day. Through live classes and on-demand programmes you’ll develop a consistent home practice, helping you to strengthen your body, gain greater flexibility and range of motion, release tension, relax and restore. Class styles include Gentle Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Pregnancy, Postnatal, Yoga for Beginners and Runners, Breathing and Guided Meditation, plus her monthly vlog and much more.

You’ll have access to both live and pre-recorded classes, with the freedom to practise at any time, wherever you are, viewing via your computer, phone or tablet, and you can even beam the videos to your TV. You can download classes to the app for offline viewing, and you can save your favourite classes in customisable playlists for easy access. There’s a calendar to keep you on track and an exclusive community feed for interacting with Felicity and your fellow yogis.

Felicity is an experienced yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of training. She teaches with clear, precise instruction and with attention to detail, so you’ll feel as if she’s in the room with you, supporting and guiding you the whole way. She knows that yoga works best when it’s done regularly, so she’s here to help you to develop a consistent home practice, encouraging you to carve out time to take care of yourself physically and mentally, so that you feel good and live well.
