Excellent for timing
I had to Delete my account !
I have been ordering from foodpanda for as long as I can remember and it’s a been a part of some amazing memories and bonding with friends over food. I’ve personally promoted foodpanda to my friends and encouraged them to order because I knew I could vouch for this company. I can’t say the same anymore. Not only did the quality of their service get worse with wait times considerably longer than the estimated time but foodpanda has become Ignorant of their customers complaints. The exorbitant additional charges that usually go unnoticed for many people keeps Increasing day by day and there’s no end to that it seems. I finally decided to delete my account because I will not stand or vouch for a company that does not care about its customers and has become overconfident of their markethold as an established brand that they no longer care about losing clients. Well I hope the day comes sooner when brands like pathao or delivery hobe steps up to the occasion and proves them to be worthy competitors in the market. With the way the company’s attitude is towards their clients, it only acts as a catalyst for that day to come sooner.
