A must when travelling
When travelling to places that are always full of tourists it’s smart to book tickets for attractions ahead of time , this app was such a great help and so easy to use , one of my tickets were cancelled and they called me from GetYourGuide immediately to inform me that I will be fully refunded , love it made life so simple !
Activity provider didn’t know about booking while I was waiting at pick up point
Booked an activity at 7pm for the following day, received confirmation and pick up detailed. However the next day when I was waiting for 30 min and decided to call to the activity provider they didn’t have the reference I’ve been sent to but they could see my name (strange) then they just told me to contact get your guid support. Get your guid support just told me that activity provider did not confirm the reservation from their end as probably fully booked, and after, on the day of activity I’ve received email with cancellation and offer to rebook or to be refunded. So be careful

No refund
I booked with them and made a mistake on the date and i asked for a refund or reschedule the next day (6 days in advance) and they are not giving me my money back as a refund only a voucher that lasts 18 months!! I spoke to the provider of the activity and they had already cancelled my booking and they are still not refunding me my money when they already cancelled it not rescheduled.
I dont know about other tickets but be very careful especially with the rescheduling and cancelling policy. They are keeping my money for an activity I wont even get to do because they have no other availability. This is very unprofessional!!!
