We love grab service ….

The worst food delivery app i have ever use!!

Over prices!! Many times cancel my orders after 20 min of the order!! Proriority delivery is just to take you more money, doesnt matters if you pay or not, the food will arrive the same time !! most time is late but the say that is problem with the kitchen so you can’t do anything!! And also no online contact support so if you have problem who cares!! is your problem not thers!! also you cant make any complain because isnt any way to contact Grab !! the delivery drivers is excellent ! the only problem is the program!! It take 30% of every order you make and also need to pay extra for the delivery !!

Super app with bad UX

First of all it’s an super app, so you have to find desired function instead just opening a separate app for separate function.

Second disadvantage is very pure UX, for example it’s almost impossible to find payment method info during first interaction.

Third problem is lack of Apple Pay support.
