Useless customer support agents

Guys think twice before downloading this game. Most of the good stuff cost hundreds of dollars. Also their customer support agents are rude, most unhelpful and in case the game glitches and cases you to lose an item/money/reward form any event, the support agents will treat you bad and answer once every 2-3 days using the same template “we are checking with our technical team” . Then after a week they will just tell you that you ain’t missing anything and they would just close the case for you. I had to deal with them over 10 times for the past 1 year and the result was always the same. Just FYI I’ve spent thousands of dollars and the reason why I won’t spent a penny more is just because of the customer support agents.
