Hello!my name is Valentin,i am deily user of youre services.First i want to thanx for all of youre incredible ideea to help the planet and to offer transport on a small price.i have just a suggestion for hopp company and i consider that is gonna be vital for company and for costumers.the scooters that we cannot use them because ae rent needs to have a sign on radar so we don t search them for no reason.i apreciate everything the company do and again i need to say a big thanx!

Useless if you want to save the commuting time - better use taxi or walk

The most useless scooter service ever. You cannot just get from point A to point B quickly and easily because you need to leave the scooter at certain a parking point. I wanted to get to work - my office is in the city Center - and only when trying to park the scooter it warned me I have to bring it to the parking spot which will basically take me + the same time as the ride to walk from that spot back to the office. It would have been faster and of the same price to go by taxi, I would say even faster to just walk considering all these time walk to and from the parking points. Just don’t see any use of this service. Will never use it again and would not recommend to anyone.

Worst application for ever full of mistakes the scooter is not moving but just taking the money full of mistakes when you take money from my account not even has one mistake
