HP Smart for IOS
Used to be more straight forward and could detect whether in glass or feeder. Now you need to preselect and then for some reason after the scan it prompts for a part to be scanned which is frustrating.
Please improve the app to be more user friendly for the end user not the developers and IT people.

disappointed i feel like hp is a on time use printer and support. Never again
Disappointed, i feel like HP is a onetime use these days, support is rubbish,and the waist of paper omg for wireless quick start guide every time it try to connect it prints that!!! if only i can post a pic of the waist for just connecting to these HP jet printers.
