The service is aimed at consumers, who wish to receive personalised information from Lidl Stiftung about offers and promotions from Lidl Plus and offers, products and services from selected partners and Lidl Companies, which correspond as closely as possible to their interests. The basis for the determination of relevant interests is the purchasing and usage behavior with regard to the products and services of the Lidl companies.

So much easier if you didn’t have to pre select items in shop impulse buys should be credited with any discounts makes life easier surely app designers need to make life simpler for the user than messing about having to scroll through the app. Data you collect should make life easier many stores like Tesco have better loyalty programs

Hello and thank you for your review. Thanks to the activation of coupons, we can learn more about your shopping preferences, therefore we will soon be able to prepare more personalized offers. Activating coupons takes a few seconds, can be done much earlier, not necessarily during shopping. The only thing left to do at checkout is to scan the QR code of the card. In any case, we will forward your suggestions to the appropriate department.
Stopped working and no support
I’ve been using this app for more than a year and suddenly a few months ago it asked me to sign in again. I couldn’t remember my password and I clicked to reset it. I never managed to go through the proper steps of doing that as there is an issue with the app and it kept redirecting me. I contacted customer support and they simply told me to sign in on a browser which doesn’t work as there is no option to sign in. Not sure if this is an iPhone issue but I’m not happy with the customer support for the app.

Coupons
Not clear in shop what and where the coupon offers are -sometimes very misleading - must check receipts all the time - I activate at store - even being told my store to do it at home ( I have 3g) and even with data I sometimes can’t get the correct page up on my iPhone and have to leave the products behind - another time in fact twice the plus special offer would not agree with cash register - a stress call trying to activate -
