Μedi On app is provided exclusively to the insured of INTERAMERICAN. To activate the application, it is necessary to use the unique password that was sent to your email or your mobile phone. If you haven't receive the password although you do have a health insurance policy with INTERAMERICAN please send your request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following details: Name, Surname, Policy number, your email and your mobile number.
With the Medi On application, you can check your symptoms easily and quickly, any time, wherever you might be; and get a reliable initial assessment of the condition of your health.
Medi On utilizes artificial intelligence and poses targeted questions to assess your symptoms and advises you if you need to see a doctor, as well as whether the case is urgent or not.
In addition, the application enables you to connect directly to INTERAMERICAN Health Line - 1010 and communicate with a doctor either by Chat or by phone. In such a case, if you choose, you can send the report created by Medi On to the doctor of Health Line-1010 at the touch of a button, so that the doctor will have a more complete picture.
Medi On is compatible with Apple's Health app for integration of vital signs.*
