Just one Language?
The app seems to be a good app but it is ONLY in Greek. Cyprus has so many nationals living on the island. Making this app just in Greek will not help others who can’t speak/read the language. It would be great if you add English as a second language because majority of the foreign nationals read and understand English. That would be a successful move for the App. Cheers
The absolute worst UI that I have ever used
I cannot even begin to describe how but this entire system is. And it’s been bad for years with no one ever fixing anything. First of all, this cannot even be classified as an app. It’s just the website which even has the “download the app” banner within the app. And the site itself is garbage. The sorting is terrible, you cannot properly search for something, and it is just impossible for a credit card to be saved for once, you just have to enter all the info every single time.
Poor design and UI
The GDPR warning covers text and the only option is to accept it to access the buttons below. There is no way to reject the tracking.
Beyond that, the boxes’ content is close to impossible to read as it is light grey on white background.
You go to the field where you have to enter numbers and you keep getting the letter keyboard, the fonts can be extremely small and there is no setting to increase their size within the app.
