Monopoly=low quality, high price, bad service
JCC is a kind of monopoly in Cyprus and the owned by Cyprus banks consortium. The product has very basic features and is like 30 years old technology. They do not feel the need to improve it so they don’t.
The absolute worst UI that I have ever used
I cannot even begin to describe how but this entire system is. And it’s been bad for years with no one ever fixing anything. First of all, this cannot even be classified as an app. It’s just the website which even has the “download the app” banner within the app. And the site itself is garbage. The sorting is terrible, you cannot properly search for something, and it is just impossible for a credit card to be saved for once, you just have to enter all the info every single time.
