We can’t hire fitness star Jillian Michaels to come to our homes and walk us through exercise routines and diet plans, but this app is absolutely the next best thing. We appreciate the jargon-free approach to workouts and meal planning—for example, combining Booty Boot Camp routines with a delicious omnivore diet. Jillian motivates us marvelously with her polished videos, offering clear instructions, endless encouragement and some bumpin’ music.

Sound problem

Hi

I love using Jilians generator workout but it happened very often not to have any sound when I m using it only video.which I must say it’s not easy whiout sound to exercise.

Firstly you have to pay outrageous amount of money they also obviously don’t know anything about gaining or loosing by my 5 year gym carrier they are not an app to use for long term carrier like who does a 60min workout you need much more time than that there workout are outrageous they make you select if you want to build endurance or increase strength or gain muscle and for strength you need to do heavier weight and less reps they say the opposite and I laughed my a*s of your supposed to do 6-8reps and they tell you 12 so obviously they don’t know anything. The app is full of I’m guessing the owner there’s not one other person. By her body it looks like all she knows what to do is go for a walk everyday legs underdeveloped everything. There are not many great options toward workout planning as they tell you to do full upper body in 60min😂Like this app will attract people who never stepped foot in the gym will look at her abs and think she knows what she’s talking about.
