The lift your vibe app is a health and well-being app to help you reach your goals with Richie as your coach. This app will help you fall in love with the process of becoming better ever day, promising results if you follow the practices and embrace the journey you will go on.

The app is designed to help all levels of fitness and ability. You can choose how many days per week you would like to practice and choose from the abundance of new delicious recipes. You will be provided with a mix of strength workouts, yoga, mobility, stretching, breathwork, and direct coaching with Richie.

The app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow.

Your sessions will have a range of intensity levels, and no longer than 1 hour.

The app includes quick and effective practices and challenges that will keep you on your toes, and a community filled with like-minded individuals that will be by your side.

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts, They can enable the iWatch option from the Devices section under Account, the User has to open the iWatch App and Start Session, Those health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Accounts
