Lime in Paris
I downloaded again the lime app after few years. I used to use it in Greece and I just came in Paris. I was really happy to use it again and that’s why I decided to ride a scooter. I needed it for few minutes and when I decided to end my route I couldn’t park it cause it wasn’t the place. There is a map with the parking spots. However, I saw many limes around the city and I tried to park and I couldn’t end my ride. After few minutes riding my scooter I found a park and it didn’t aloud me to park cause it was full. I was in a hurry and far away from the location that I wanted. That’s why I rated the app from 5* to 1* because it didn’t provide me the service that I wanted on time.
Not too great
The app asks to verify ID card but only accepts drivers license… not ID card. Of course we couldn’t figure that out until we used the Tier app which specifically asks for a drivers license.
The rental fees are deceptive because they add up REALLY QUICKLY…. A 40 minute ride on a strangely slow scooter in terrible condition cost me over £8. If it had gone at normal speed it would have cost me about £6. Still way too much.
The scooters are a nice idea but not really worth it
