Low res since last update
Camera quality has dropped outrageously since the most recent update around a week ago. Cannot see my baby’s face clearly like I used to - can’t even tell if sleeping or not. Very disappointed as this was the best monitor on the market at the time I splurged on it and now it seems it suddenly wants more money, for me to upgrade to HD quality, otherwise this is the quality I am offered. If I had known, I would simply never allowed the last update.
Please revert, Lollipop! I don’t want new or additional features, I just want the old reliable ones back, I want what I already paid for.
Been using it for 2 years and I’m officially done
It’s such a struggle to connect to it when on a different network, it’s unbelievable how much time I’ve wasted on this. Used to be good! Not worth the money any more. Going for a different, much more reliable and half the price option. Bye lollipop - you used to be the best.
