Main thing I wanted was to be able to have multiple models. But I can’t even have what was promised to me for migrating accounts. It said I got my free month pro but I never actually got to use pro features?? Also I don’t think I even have the normal features that were free. This did happen awhile ago and I have tried to continue to use this app as it is so good as a basic poser but the fact almost everything we had for free is now paid only feels almost like an insult

We’d like to remind you to make sure that you’re logged into the correct account that you were using previously, and if you were, have you emailed us about your issues including the problem with the free Pro month? We can look into your account and work with you more closely to make sure that you have received your free month of Pro.

In regards to our new pricing model, we’d like to explain what led to the change in hopes that you will better understand our decision and pricing like hundreds of thousands of users who embraced our change towards a much better Magic Poser. As you’ve remembered, our old app offered many, many things for free, from most of our models, to essentially all of our features, and as a result, we simply weren’t making enough money to keep updating and maintaining the app. Developing and maintaining a high quality 3D app such as this is incredibly time consuming and expensive, especially with a team as small as ours.

As a result, we had to make a change, because if we were to continue using the old pricing system, Magic Poser very likely wouldn’t be here today. It was a difficult process, but we made the right decision this time, as it has helped make our small team financially stable and has allowed us to continue implementing more amazing features and improvements for the app, and for our users like you.

The new update ruined the app

Thank you for your review. We tried to give our old users everything they bought, to keep permanently, and added tons of features starting with free version. We gave all most basic features plus tons more in the new Free version: comes with everything you could do in our retired version plus grouping in layers menu, camera angles and time of day in views menu, split screen, unlimited props in one scene. improved intuitive posing, new free hand and body presets, and more if you were an old user. The only thing not included is unlimited models in one scene, because that is included in our full Pro version of the app with our new features: body morphs, multiple light types and sources in one scene, hundreds more hand and body presets, and much more. As an old user, you will get all of the free prepackaged models in the old app (including 6 anime models), and all the models you bought in our previous Asset Store. You do not need to upgrade to Master version to access them. Have you done the following? 1. Did you log into your old Magic Poser account? 2. Did you claim your loyalty reward as an old user? We had a bug in previous versions where free prepackaged hairstyles are locked for old users, and caused some old users not being able to open their scenes with these hairstyles.
