Welcome to the McDonald’s™ Cyprus McDelivery™ Mobile ordering App!
This app is published by McDonald’s™ Delivery service for customers in Cyprus to place orders via the iPhone/iPad. You can now conveniently place your order on the go and track it from the restaurant to your doorstep. Customers are required to register with email and password before placing an order. The same login credentials can be used for the app and web ordering (www.mcdelivery.com.cy/).

I was so addicted to MacDonalds and big testy sandwiches but the customer service here in limassol is so bad and rude everytime i order from the application i don’t get my order correct as i ordered, i pay and when i check my order something is missing while i paid for it and when i called the restaurant they want me to order a new order and pay again to get my paid sandwich already. That is so unprofessional and disappointed cuz i was really in love with MacDonalds but now i will never order or go there again because they disrespect the customers.
One of the worst apps I have ever come across with
This is a VERY VERY bad app. I wanted to order online so first I have tried their website which was as bad as this app. Then I downloaded the app and try to place an order again. I could not place the order because it was saying that my cart have some “invalid” items and I should remove them to proceed. Just so you know I had a meal, nuggets and extra fries in my basket. So I ended up ordering from Foody’s app!
