FILTER STATUS
Molekule air purifiers use PECO-Filters to trap large particles and destroy pollutants. The app lets you track your filter’s status, so you know when to replace them.
DARK MODE SCHEDULER for Molekule Air
For those sensitive to light while sleeping, Dark mode turns off the light in the device. We recommend using this mode only as necessary, since the light enables the PECO-Filter to destroy pollutants.

New outdoor air quality insights available to everyone – Learn about top pollutants contributing to the Air Quality Index in your neighborhood, view pollen sources & check weather conditions. Stay even more aware of the air around you so you can manage your health and wellness.

The insights include:

- Air Quality Index: The EPA uses the Air Quality Index (AQI) to measure and rank air pollution. The app tells you today’s AQI and if the EPA recommends vulnerable groups, like children, individuals with respiratory conditions, asthma or other sensitivities stay inside.
- Top air pollutants: Learn about the main offenders contributing to any detected air pollution. The AQI measures ozone (O3), carbon monoxide (CO), fine particulate matter (PM 2.5,) Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2).
- Pollen Index: See which pollen sources (trees, grass, or weed) are active and most likely to trigger allergic reactions, so you can opt for indoor activities when pollen is high or feel relief when the indices are low.
- Weather: Get a temperature check on weather conditions, humidity, and wind speed and direction so you can stay prepared for inclement weather.
The former ‘Indoor Air’ tab has become ‘Air Quality’ containing both Indoor & Outdoor Air insights. Toggle between Indoor and Outdoor air quality to make informed decisions. (where available)
