Fix your password fields

Fix your password fields. It cannot accept special characters but incorrectly states that there are no numeric characters althought there were.

Awful & poorly written app

Can't progress past the second screen because it expects a registration of details. After adding my details correctly and providing a strong password, there was a validation error with both the email address being an 'incorrect email address' and the password not containing numeric characters.... Even though it was a 13 digit randomly generated password with special digits, lowercase, uppercase, and numeric characters.

From a development standpoint, and just from this screen alone, this app is trash and the developer should be ashamed to have put out such a buggy application. Basic input validation is taught in the first course of programming. So is testing. The developers clearly skipped these classes.

This app is a disgrace to the company. Do not bother to install it.
