Unacceptable service by MyTrip personnel
Having paid additional money for check in service and seats arrangement, the airline we were flying with told us the check in process was not completed which forced us to wait in the endless queue at the airport. For this reason we informed MyTrip about what happened and requested a full refund since both added services (check in and seats arrangement) were not completed! The online check in process was not competed hance the wait at the airport and because of that NO seats were allocated to us! The MyTrip personnel refuses to proceed with the full refund and stated that only 20€ would be refunded to my account. As for the rest of the amount, the company stated that it MAY not be refundable and asked us to read their Terms and Conditions (which stated nothing about it!). Unacceptable service throughout!
Scammers
booked the ticket from them this week from this app . After the booking I checked my ticket that my last name was wrong then after I was contact with them via help line number to help me to correct my booking then there one support team member told me contact with air line so I spoke with the air line . They said we can’t contract last name cuz you booked your ticket via agent so they are only one who they can help to Change so after that I spoke with them again .they said we can investigate how this was happened but they said that it will take some time but we don’t how much time we need to solve this issue .after 24 again I contact them they said we have to request our support team in odder to make corrections so you have to wait some time .and it’s cost me 40 euro and I said okay cuz I have few days to fly . I was waiting from Tuesday till Thursday there was no response from them . I was keep calling’s them but they don’t know how long it will take to solved my issue .I was keeping asking them but they don’t have any answer . My booking date is on 23 jan so I decide to cancel my ticket even this is there mistake still they charge from me 165euro+ .. ..they are Indians .. so please don’t install this app and don’t trust them cuz they are scammers ..
