Terrible application
I’m pretty sure they don’t want to pay to a skilled developer and UI designer. There is always something else where is the problems: - not updating items, making it as a problem - if the items are sold out, it should be without CTA button and it should be with disabled colors or removed at all form list - I added all my items in the basket (finally after all updates) and proceeded with payments, input everything, card (bottom sheet also is not correctly used for big phones, loots of the space on bottom), and everything disappeared 👻 all my order and it was not paid. So I need now to start over. Terrible! Waste of time! Contribute to a good team for developing application, otherwise don’t waste time of your clients and don’t make reputation of Nespresso embarrassing.
Unable to log in or create a new account
Nothing works :( except for beautiful pictures about the products, the application did not allow me to buy capsules or connect to the coffee machine :(
Not efficient
Too slow, lots of bugs, doesn't even work the last 2 months. Unacceptable from a company like nespresso to not have a proper website and app
