After 24 hours I didn’t recive response from support about my failed transactions. I don’t know how else accelerate refunds of my money back to the card(

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for any inconveniences.
Whenever your transfer is declined for any reason, the transfer amount (including the Paysend fee) is automatically returned to the sender. However, it may take some time for your bank to process the refund transaction and credit your card or bank account.

Worsted app for transactions and payment ever made
Support miscommunicating with costumer, worst service I’ve had.
Just blocking transactions how they want, and thinks that they can ask whatever documents they want. I hereby not recommend this “app” to use if you have money above a thousand using this app.
I’m lucky that I have made out some part of money to my personal Revolut account.
Data how they saving your passport, ID, and cards is just a biggest joke I ever seen😂😂😂!
I advise you to report it in level from above.💯💯💯
