Abuse or game design?

First of, I spent 1000 eur for this game. Today you’ve suspended my account for the reason: chronicle reward abuse. I get that this has something to do with farming alternative accounts. But what I don't get is why you have designed this feature in a way that it encourages to create multiple captains from one account and now you’ve decided to ban everyone who did it (which by the way is the entire server). By “design” I mean: no chaos status for attacking lower level castles, infinite raid points, no limit to claim resources rewards on new accounts. Basically, you screwed up with game design and now decided to suspend all active players. Good job! Take care and farewell.
