We’ve added many new features to the Plexa mobile app to enhance team productivity on site. Here are some of the latest updates:

*DRAWINGS*

A new DRAWINGS menu option is now available. When set up, users can click on the DRAWINGS menu to access drawing files directly, improving efficiency on site.

*DEFECTS MODULE*

•⁠ ⁠Users can now delete defects that are in draft mode.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Photos attached from the phone gallery are now compressed for faster upload times.

*SITE SIGN-IN*

•⁠ ⁠The Declaration Question (if enabled) will now be displayed to all workers/personnel signing in each day.
•⁠ ⁠⁠All daily site meetings (such as Toolbox Talks or Pre-starts) linked to the sign-in process will appear for users to acknowledge for that day.
