1. Alliance Techs will now automatically upgrade once their tech points are maxed out. If multiple techs can be upgraded, the one that reaches max tech points first will be prioritized.
2. A new mini-game, Block Stacker, has been added to Mini-Games section (available at Headquarters Lv.20). Also added new items to the Mini-Games Shop.
3. Two new exclusive Nanoweapons: the Hidden Knife for Sembello and Pandora Luggage for Amelia.
4. Added levels 71-80 to Bioenhancer Challenge in the Ruins.

Optimizations:
1. Improved the Gold Monthly Card, Silver Weekly Card, and Subscription interfaces.
2. Nanoweapon Designs will now display their crafting probabilities.
3. Optimized Wali's skill descriptions. The actual skill effects have not changed.
4. Only the player who summons a monster can initiate rallies against it.
