Selfrell also allows you to save positive experiences by fostering Crells and building your library of wisdom and memories. By nurturing these positive experiences, you can strengthen your emotional connections and improve your relationships.
You can also understand your emotional challenges and make positive changes in your relationships by setting them as cues. Cues are reminders to help you work through tough situations in your relationships, and by reflecting on these experiences and insights, you can develop a deeper understanding of your emotions and behaviors. Selfrell can help you practice regulating your emotions by taming Crells and learning how to respond to challenging situations in a positive way.
