To unlock them, you need to reach a step goal you set for yourself. Get moving in the morning and stop doomscrolling first thing when you wake up.

By staying off social media in the morning, you avoid the dopamine boost from scrolling, which can make you crave more all day. Instead, you focus on being more productive, reducing your screen time and setting a better tone for the day.

How it Works:

Morning Lock:
Social media apps are blocked when you wake up, so you’re not distracted.

Step Goal:
You need to hit a certain step count before you can unlock the apps.

Increased Productivity:
This combination of no-phone and physical activity helps you get more done.

Snooze Feature:
If you really need to check something, you can pause the lock for a short time.
