From this mobile App you can view class schedules, sign-up for classes, view ongoing promotions, as well as view the studio’s location and contact information. You can also click through to our social pages! Optimize your time and maximize the convenience of signing up for classes from your device! What separates us from other studios in the area is that we have so many different types of classes including yoga, cycling, Pilates, barre, reformer, zumba, bootcamp, personal training, stretch and tone, barefoot cardio, fitness challenge and more. Our cardio classes are tracked using the MYZONE heart rate training zones so you always know what you are doing at the Core Connection is benefiting YOU. This also motivates you to get fit and healthy outside the studio as it tracks your workouts outside and you get rewarded for keeping up with that activity. We are a movement studio, meticulous about teaching proper form and our instructors will stop at nothing to help you reach your goals. At The Core Connection, you will experience exercise in an entirely different way. That’s because we believe that when you do the right exercises for your body, you not only build your physical strength, but also reduce or repair injury and improve your overall health.
